We’re here to help your dog be a happy, well-mannered and well-adjusted dog! We strengthen the human-canine bond through fun activities, sports, and dog training at every level—from basic to advanced.

Despite her first word being "doggie," Ali spent years studying biochemistry at Stanford and then a PhD program at Duke before finding her true path in dog training. Ali designs training plans that are pragmatic and reinforcing for humans as well as dogs. In her free time, she enjoys backpacking, nordic skiing, gardening, and baking pies.
JILL SEWARD, CO-OWNER

After leaving corporate life in 2008, Jill founded Little Furry Things, a thriving pet care business, and now trains dogs full-time. She enjoys helping dogs and their owners build confidence through training. In her free time, she draws on her iPad, keeps bees, sings karaoke, competes in agility and teaches tricks to her little Havanese.

Jeanne has been competing in Agility for 20 years and owned a dog daycare for 8 years. Jeanne creates a fun environment for all the canine clients. She has worked with a wide array of dog breeds, sizes, and ages, and maintains a house full of well-behaved Aussies! Jeanne enjoys gardening, visiting nurseries to discover new plants, and 'experimental' cooking. :)
KAREN BEATTIE MASSEY, instructor

Karen began her career as a psychologist in Australia before transitioning to software, where she led product development and instructional design. Her passion for learning and behavior led her to dog training. Now an accomplished agility trainer and Pumi breeder, she’s known for her success in national and international competitions.

Heather has helped dogs and families communicate since 2012, specializing in behavior problem-solving with positive reinforcement. She works with all breeds and ages, focusing on socialization, manners, and real-life challenges. Heather also enjoys hiking, pottery, and baking in her free time.
JANEY WILCOX, INSTRUCTOR

Janey discovered nosework with her retired agility dog, Tucker, and has since earned multiple titles across five organizations. With 20+ years in agility and other dog sports, she’s passionate about positive training and believes all dogs excel when learning is fun and joyful.
KAYLEE SEAL, INSTRUCTOR
Certifications: CPDT-KA, CNWI
Kaylee began training and showing dogs in 2012 with her Bearded Collie mix, Fenway. After working as a groomer and assistant to top AKC handlers, she shifted focus to training her own dogs. Now, she shares her experience through teaching. Kaylee is an active member of the Northwest Bearded Collie Club of Puget Sound, the Bearded Collie Club of America, and Northwest K9 Sniffers. She has titled dogs in nosework, conformation, obedience, rally, herding, and tricks.
Anna McBrady, Instructor

Anna, a WWU graduate, has worked with dogs since 2018 and founded Go Fetch Fred! Pet Care in 2020. She uses positive methods to help young and reactive dogs thrive through enrichment and training. Her focus is on simple, effective solutions. She enjoys hiking, longboarding with her dogs, and playing harmonica.

Dyllan (she/they), BS, KPA CTP, applies evidence-based training with compassion and practicality while supporting both ends of the leash. She shares life with her dogs, Juniper and Clementine. Together they enjoy exploring in their campervan, Sunflower, and spending time with family of all species.
Austin Smith, Instructor

After a career in IT, Austin pursued his passion for dogs through training, dog sports, and volunteering at Seattle Humane. Committed to science-based methods, he fosters rescue dogs and competes in dog sports. He enjoys outdoor adventures with his dogs, Willy and Cowboy.

Passionate about helping families move through their dogs’ challenges toward a deeper connection, Annika’s approach to working with dogs is positive and relationship-centered. Her goal is to help dogs build the skills to handle the complexities of modern life while meeting the needs of their human families. In her free time Annika enjoys reading, baking, and long walks in the woods

Stephanie is passionate about dog agility and dedicated to helping every dog and human team succeed, no matter what success looks like to them.
