Classes
Group classes (groups of 4-10 students) are the most economical and fun way to learn the basics while socializing your dog or puppy to other people and dogs. All classes are 6 weeks long.

Puppy Head Start

Special emphasis placed on problem solving and prevention for housetraining, chewing, mouthing, handling, and socialization. Skills taught include attention, sit, loose leash walking, and come.

Puppy Manners STAR
puppies 17 weeks to 7 months

|
Puppy Manners offers basic training and ongoing socialization for puppies, either as a continuation of Puppy Head Start or as puppy's first class. Topics include polite greetings, basic skills and problem-solving as well as off-leash play in compatible puppy play groups. Puppies must be 17 weeks to 7 months old when class begins. Do bring your puppy with you to the first class.

Dog Manners
8 months or older-it's never too late!

Learn how to teach your dog the life skills essential for a confident, well adjusted canine citizen. Skills taught include attention, sit, down, stay, come, and loose leash walking.

Control Unleashed
Pre-requisite: Canine Good Citizen, Super Manners or instructor permission

|
Improve your dog's skills around tempting distractions to ensure good behavior out in the real world. Teach your dog that you are connected whether the leash is present or not.

Introduction to Agility (Agility Level 1)
Pre-requisite: Dogs must pass the Agility Entrance Skills Test. Call (206) 914-6157 or send an e-mail to make an appointment.

Team up with your dog to learn how to navigate obstacle courses together! Agility is a great way to build confidence in a shy dog or to focus the energy of an exuberant dog. Obstacles introduced include jumps, tunnels, and the table. Handling exercises introduce sends, calls, post turns and front crosses.
